Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love what you order. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) for an exchange or for refunding your original payment. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. In case of an exchange: please contact us at with your exchange request. Your exchange item will be send to you once we’ve received your return parcel. In case of price differences, we will handle this upon your request. In case of a return: you will be refunded through your original payment method once we’ve received your return parcel. Please see the return instructions below.

Return Instructions

If you wish to return your purchase from, please follow the following instructions:
  • Please make sure that the item(s) is/are unused, undamaged and with its/their original labels & tags;
  • Add a note with your name, address, e-mail and order- or invoice number;
  • Send your return package with a tracking code and keep this code to track your shipment to us (Please note that we are not responsible for any missing, late or damaged return package);
You can return your product(s) to the following address: Sticks and Stones Veerstraat 48 1075 SW Amsterdam Netherlands Once we’ve received and checked your package, we will refund the purchasing amount to you or exchange your item. All items will be checked upon receipt. When a damaged item is returned, the purchase price may be charged. If you’ve paid your order with a giftcard, then we will refund the amount to a new giftcard. Giftcards can’t be exchanged for cash. Depending on your payment method and the corresponding bank or payment provider, refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed. In case of creditcard refunds and depending on your bank the refund can take one or two creditcard statements before it’s shown on your statement.
